- Do not copy code, redistribute, or make breedfiles out of hexed pets.
- Please do not alter pets you've adopted (this includes no palette swapping!)
- If you notice an 'error', let me know and I will either fix it or permit you to do so yourself.
- But it is absolutely fine to change their name, gender swap, or neuter.
- Any external textures usually go in resource\catz.
- If a separate folder of textures came with your pet, that entire folder will usually go in resource\catz.
- Feel free to change the texture paths to organize the textures however you want!
- Do NOT MPA or delete.
- Return to me if no longer wanted. Don’t worry - I don’t mind at all and it won’t impact your future ability to adopt!
- Feel free to take inspiration from hexed pets! I won't be upset if you hex something similar!
- Just give credit where it's due and make sure you are doing your own work :)
- Playdate are discouraged unless it is with a trusted member (e.g. on DG).

Where to find adoptions
The best way to find Swallowtail pets for adoption is to look out for donated litters during community events!
I frequently donate to events such as the Whiskerwick and Petz Life Advent Calendars, The Great Easter Egg Hunt, the annual New Year's Party on discord, and many smaller events scattered throughout the year and across platforms.
